Unlike classes at an intimidating big box gym, our intro to lifting will teach you the basics of linear strength progression in a more personalized and private environment. You will become competent with free weights and the standard compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, press and others. In this class you will develop proficiency with strength training and learn the tools that will help you reach your athletic and strength goals. Registration 24 hours in advance required to secure your spot.
